The brief for this property was simple, maximise it as much as practically possible! This is exactly what we did. After constant battles with the planning department we successfully got planning permission for a 2 storey rear extension, 2 storey side extension, conversion of existing and new roof space into one grand master bedroom, and a further extension to house an indoor swimming pool.
