Change of use from Health Clinic (D1) to 14 self-contained residential apartments (C3). This includes 2 penthouse apartments on top of the existing flat roof.

When this project was first taken on, the building was derelict and in a complete need of renovation. Due to the nature of the surrounding area the best way forward was to simply convert the buildings into residential apartments. Being so close to Northampton train station, there is already a high demand for top quality apartments.
