Roof conversion and change of use from Hotel (C1) to Sui Generis.

The roof conversion consisted of 2no. new pitched roof dormers to the front elevation with full height glazing. The change of use from hotel to Sui Generis was to convert the building into a 9-bedroom bed sit.
