Change of use from Retail (A1), to combined Restaurent (A3) and Residential (C3).

Works consisted of converting the former furniture retail store into a steak restaurant with apartments above. We knocked through 3 separate commercial units to create one large ground floor restaurant, and obtained permission to convert the space above into 3no. self-contained residential apartments.
